Abstract
One of the most fascinating and quickly developing areas of technology is the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into several facets of society. Healthcare, banking, transportation, and entertainment are just a few of the industries that are using AI systems as they get more advanced. But, as AI technology continues to seep into other areas of human endeavour, it poses a number of legal issues that need to be carefully considered and regulated. Examining the intricate interplay between AI and law, including legal frameworks, ethical considerations, and new difficulties in this ever-evolving field, is crucial.
In general, it raises questions about AI violating people’s and businesses’ data privacy. Because AI modules are working to obtain personal data information, artificial intelligence is developing quickly, raising the possibility of serious data breaches.
The adoption of AI raises questions about data protection because of the abundance of data that is already available. Millions of bits of data are gathered and processed daily, and there’s a good chance that some of it could end up in the wrong hands with hackers. A person may experience discomfort if malicious hackers gain unauthorised access to data. AI poses serious questions regarding data protection and privacy laws as it grows more advanced and widespread.
