Our process is designed to be transparent and fair. Authors are kept informed at each stage, and editorial decisions come with reviewer feedback. No charge applies at submission; where an article-processing contribution applies, it is communicated only after a manuscript has been accepted on merit.

Submission
Send your manuscript through the journal’s submission system or by email. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

Editorial and originality checks
The editorial team confirms scope and formatting, and screens the manuscript for originality.

Independent reviewers assess the work with identities concealed on both sides.

Decision and revision
You receive a reasoned decision with reviewer comments and revise where required.

Publication, DOI and indexing
Accepted work is published open access with a free DOI and an e-certificate, then submitted to our indexing partners.
Our commitment to research integrity
VidhiAagaz follows the principles of good publication practice set out by recognised bodies such as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). These standards apply to authors, reviewers and editors alike.
Originality and plagiarism
Manuscripts must be the author’s own original work, not previously published and not under consideration elsewhere. All sources must be properly cited. Submissions are screened with plagiarism-detection software, and work that fails to meet originality standards is declined.
Authorship
Authorship is limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the work. All listed authors must approve the final manuscript, and any change to authorship must be agreed by all parties. Honorary or guest authorship is not permitted.
Peer review
All research articles undergo double-blind peer review. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts objectively and in confidence, declare any conflict of interest, and base their recommendations on scholarly merit alone.
Conflicts of interest
Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationship that could be perceived to influence their work. Editors handling a manuscript with which they have a conflict will recuse themselves from the decision.
Corrections and retractions
Where a significant error is identified after publication, we will issue a correction, clarification or, where warranted, a retraction. The integrity of the published record takes precedence at all times.
Complaints and appeals
Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision or raise a concern may contact our editorial team. Complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and without prejudice to future submissions.

What can I submit?
Original, unpublished research articles, case comments, notes and book chapters that fall within the scope of our journals or book series. Work must not be under consideration elsewhere.
Is there a charge to submit?
No. There is no charge to submit. Where an article-processing contribution applies, it is communicated clearly and only after your manuscript has been accepted on merit.
How are submissions reviewed?
Through double-blind peer review: author and reviewer identities are concealed, and manuscripts are assessed on scholarly merit, originality and rigour.
Will my work receive a DOI?
Yes. Every accepted manuscript is assigned a free Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and is permanently archived under an open-access licence.
Do you screen for plagiarism?
Yes. All submissions are checked for originality using plagiarism-detection software before they proceed to review.
