Submission guidelines

• Work must be original and unpublished; plagiarism of any kind is prohibited.
• The Editorial Board assesses manuscripts for contemporary relevance, topicality and analytical depth.
• Citations should follow the Harvard Bluebook (20th edition); speaking footnotes are not permitted.
• Body text in Times New Roman, size 12; footnotes in Times New Roman, size 10.
• The final decision on acceptance rests with the Editorial Board.

Word limits (excluding footnotes)

• Research papers: 3,000–4,500 words
• Short articles: 2,000–3,000 words
• Case comments: 2,000–3,500 words

Submission

Manuscripts were to be sent to submission@vidhiaagaz.com with an abstract of no more than 300 words. The manuscript and abstract were to carry no indication of the author’s identity.
