About the editor

Mr. Aayush Goyal works in a legal and compliance role at Cummins India Limited, with prior experience as a legal associate at Legasis Services and Mindcrest Inc., Pune. He completed his legal education with a specialisation in International Trade Law and has worked with the Centre for WTO Studies.

About the book

The book created a forum for open discussion on the legal and economic questions thrown up by a rapidly changing landscape — from data protection and personal liberty to trade, regulation and contemporary reform. It invited rigorous, original work at the meeting point of legal doctrine and economic analysis.

Submission guidelines

  • Work must be original and unpublished; plagiarism of any kind is prohibited.
  • Citations should follow the Harvard Bluebook (20th edition).
  • Body text in Times New Roman, size 12; footnotes in Times New Roman, size 10.

Word limits (excluding footnotes)

  • Research papers: 3,000–4,500 words
  • Short articles: 2,000–3,000 words
  • Case comments: 2,000–3,500 words

Submission

Manuscripts were to be sent to submission@vidhiaagaz.com with an abstract of no more than 300 words and a separate cover letter with author details. The subject line was “Submission for Edited Book by Mr. Aayush Goyal”.

Processing charge (payable after acceptance)

  • Indian authors: ₹1,000
  • International authors: $25

Charges applied only to manuscripts selected for publication. An e-certificate of publication was provided after the book’s release.
