Born at Maihar, MP, the holy land of Maa Ambe, Mr. Gyan Prakash Kesharwani started as a paralegal to his father, assisting him in MV Act matters at the young age of 10! Moving ahead to explore new avenues, He has pursued Law (B.A.LL.B.). During his undergrad studies, he has bagged Best Speaker, Best Researcher and Best Mooter awards in conferences and moots respectively. Furthermore, He qualified CLAT PG and has pursued LL.M. in IP Law from National Law University Jodhpur, India. He has extensive law practice relating to MV Act, Consumer Protection Act, Labour Laws, and IP Law matters.
